Title on front cover is "XVI Gran Premio de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Adhesion: 150 Aniversario de la Revolucion de Mayo" (16th Grand Prix of the City of Buenos Aires, Accession: 150th Anniversary of the Revolution of May).

The pennant measures 18 inches long x 7.5 inches wide on the left side (46x9cm).  It is a shiny fabric in excellent condition, having been carefully stored in tissue.

The programme and pennant were brought back to England from Argentina by Bruce McLaren for his friend Phil Kerr. Bruce knew that Phil was an avid autograph collector from their early school days.
